I've been a loyal customer for years and loved all the different stuff on the platform. But, all of a sudden, they took away a service that used to be part of my subscription without telling me. I already paid for a whole year, but they won't admit that I should still get it until I renew. Feels like a sneaky trick, and it's got me feeling pretty annoyed. It's just not cool how they're treating customers who've been around for a while.
