I recently got myself a new speaker from this company, and I gotta say, the whole experience was not great. The speaker itself was okay, but the customer service was seriously lacking. When I got the speaker and tried to turn it on after fully charging it, it just wouldn't work. So I gave their support line a call, only to be told to contact them through email or chat. My emails didn't get a response, and the chat was all automated, not really helping me out. It was pretty disappointing to receive such impersonal and ineffective customer service, especially considering I've been a loyal customer for five years buying multiple products from them.
