This product costs way too much for what you actually get. I got a notification saying my subscription was renewed but it hasn't been shipped out yet. So, I called customer service to cancel and get a refund, but they refused, even though it had only been an hour since I got the notification. That's not cool!

Oh my goodness, I received my teddy bear version of my sweet fluffy Fluffy last week, and it's honestly the best thing ever! It looks just like him, I can hardly believe it!
