I bought a sous-vide cooker from this company not long ago, but it crapped out on me after just a few times using it. When I tried to get some help from customer service, it was a total nightmare. They wouldn't help me out at all, saying I couldn't show them a receipt for the purchase. Even though I was signed up for their newsletters, they were no help and straight-up brushed me off. I ended up getting a way cheaper option that works just as good as the old one and has better WIFI too. I'm warning everyone to watch out for this company and their terrible customer service.
