Suitcases
I had a pretty crappy experience with the warranty of the company I got my suitcases from. They say they care about us customers, but their warranty didn't show that. I have a bunch of suitcases from them and when I had a problem, their warranty was pretty disappointing. As a smart shopper, I think companies should back up their products and help us out when we need it. But this company didn't do that. I won't be buying from them again unless they step up and make some big changes to their policies.
