Renewal process experience
So, I tried renewing my subscription online, but it was such a headache! I clicked on the 'Renew' button thinking it would be a breeze, but instead, I ended up on this blank form that made me feel like a new customer all over again. It was super frustrating not seeing any of my info there. I had to call them to figure out what was going on, and even then, it was a struggle to get the answers I needed. After repeating myself a bunch of times, a salesperson finally helped me out and assured me that I was all good to go. It would have been so much better if the online form was clearer and more helpful. And don't even get me started on the confusing last email they sent me - it just added to the whole mess!
