Apple Pay mishap
I just went through a bit of a mix-up while trying to buy something using Apple Pay on this website. It was totally my fault - I accidentally entered the wrong email and phone number, and it caused some trouble because I couldn't track my order. But even though I was worried from seeing some bad reviews, the customer service I got turned out to be really great. My partner got in touch with the support team, and they helped us out right away to fix the problem. I'm really thankful for the quick and helpful support from Jermaine. Things are all sorted out now, and I'm excited for my order to arrive. I'll update my review once I get the package, but for now it looks like everything's going smoothly.
