I recently bought a pair of winter boots online and man, oh man, was I ever let down by the sizing. I ordered my regular size, but the boots ended up being way too small. I decided to reach out to customer service for some help, but they were completely useless. And to top it all off, the return policy was a total joke. They didn't even give me return postage, so I ended up having to fork out a ton of cash to send the boots back or drop them off at a store. The cherry on top? There aren't any stores nearby, which just made the whole return process way more of a hassle. It's pretty obvious that this company needs to seriously revamp their eCommerce return game if they want to stand a chance against Amazon.
