Lipstick purchase
The first time my lipstick order was delivered on time, but only half of it showed up. I contacted customer service about it, but the problem hasn't been fixed yet even though they got back to me. It's been a few weeks now and I still haven't received the missing items. This whole situation has been really annoying and disappointing.
