I took my camera lens to Henrys for repair not too long ago, and I gotta be honest, I'm super let down with how things have played out since then. It's been 6 whole months since I dropped off my lens, forked out $300, and I haven't heard a single peep about what's going on with it. I've been bugging them constantly, shooting off emails and giving them a ring, but I'm met with absolute radio silence every time. The lack of info and communication on Henrys' end is beyond frustrating. I'm left in the dark about the status of my lens, whether it's been fixed, or even how I can get it back. I feel pretty stuck and lost on how to get a hold of them and snag my lens back. It's a real bummer to shell out my hard-earned cash for a service that claims to know their stuff, only to be met with nothing but silence and no one taking responsibility.
