But in the end, I got what I needed and it came quickly.

I just bought two really nice sweaters and some cute coffee mugs from this store, and I'm so happy with my purchase. The quality of everything is amazing, and I love showing off my coffee mugs in my kitchen. The sweaters are super comfy and well-made, I wish I could wear them all the time! I'm really impressed with the selection and the whole shopping experience at this store.

This company has just been a complete nightmare. My husband and I decided to get ourselves a King size mattress from them, thinking we'd finally get a good night's sleep. But from the get-go, we've been waking up with backaches every morning. It's crazy, we're really clean people, yet somehow there's mold creeping around the bottom of the mattress. It's not just gross, it's straight up risky for our health. When I reached out to the company about it, they basically just said it wasn't their problem and blamed it on some "external factors". They're dodging their warranty responsibilities like pros, even when there are clearly issues with their product. We're beyond unhappy and frustrated with the shoddy quality and the awful customer service this company is serving up.

I've been getting flowers from this subscription for a while now, and they always look so nice and fresh. They really brighten up my place every time they show up. But, there was this one time when they didn't last as long as usual. I got in touch with customer service, and they were so sorry about it and quickly sent me a new batch of flowers. Their service was fantastic, couldn't complain about it at all.
