I've been having this ongoing issue trying to cancel my subscription on this platform for like four years now. No matter how many times I've tried, I can't seem to close it down. And to top it off, every time I give Vimeo my account details, they keep charging my card without asking me first. Plus, it's a pain to get help from customer service when I need it. So, I suggest not signing up for any subscriptions with them and not giving them your credit card or bank info to avoid surprise charges.
