I bought this VPN thing and it was supposed to work with my NAS, but some of the servers didn't work. It took forever for them to fix it, but in the end, they said not to use those servers. The support team was pretty nice and actually helpful, but I had to talk to them at 2am because of the time zone difference. It was a bit annoying, but at least they got it all sorted out.
