I was really let down by the cotton pique polo shirt I bought recently. It cost me over $100, but when it arrived, I noticed that the dye had faded a lot, which was a big quality problem. I tried to get help from Customer Services, but it was so confusing and not really helpful. The people I talked to couldn't give me straight answers and took forever to get back to me. It made me wonder if they even have a consistent policy. After reading more reviews on Trustpilot, it looks like I'm not the only one who has had these kinds of problems.
