What a bummer! I bought some computer software online, hoping for a smooth transaction and a top-notch product. But nope, that's not what I got. When I ran into an issue with my purchase, the customer service was seriously lacking. It felt like the company didn't give a hoot about helping me fix the problem. Total letdown.
