I held a logo design contest on this platform, but man, I was so let down by what I got back. The designs were just okay, nothing special, you know? I feel like I could have found way better stuff for way cheaper somewhere else. And get this, even though they said I could get my money back if I didn't like any of the designs, I haven't seen a cent back yet, and it's been like six months already. The customer service is so slow to respond, and no one seems to be taking responsibility for any of this mess. It's been a real headache dealing with all of this.
