Best customer service ever eh! I've tried all the websites and whenever I ask for help, they always fix it for me. I always go back to them. The last guy I talked to was super nice, but the girls are great too. THANK YOU!

My recent stay at a hotel in Lithonia, GA was a bit of a letdown. The hotel was just average, nothing to write home about. Despite being known for being clean, the hotel didn't quite live up to its reputation in that department. The beds were also super uncomfortable, making it tough to get a decent night's sleep. On top of that, there were a few break-ins in the parking lot while I was there, including my own car. The staff didn't seem too concerned about the safety and security of the guests, only saying they weren't responsible for any damages. And to top it all off, I never got my receipt via email, which is pretty frustrating. Overall, my time at this hotel was below par and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
