Replacement device
So, I had a little problem with my device and needed a new one, so I contacted customer service for some help. Cheryl was amazing to deal with - she replied to my email quickly, asked all the right questions, and gave me some tips to troubleshoot the issue. When it was clear that the device was faulty, she didn't waste any time and sent me a replacement right away, along with a tracking number so I could keep an eye on its journey to me. Cheryl even checked in after the replacement arrived to make sure everything was good. I have to admit, I was really impressed with how professional, communicative, and efficient she was. It made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I'm super happy with the service I got.
