I just got a sous vide machine from this company, and when I opened the box, I was really let down. There was no instruction manual, user guide, or anything to tell me how to use, clean, or take care of the product. How am I supposed to figure out how to use this thing correctly without any help? I contacted their customer service, and they told me they don't give out any physical instruction manuals. It's frustrating and disappointing that they didn't include such essential information.
