Lost photo card, amazing customer service
I ordered a photo card for a special event from this company not too long ago. Unfortunately, the card got lost along the way by Royal Mail. I contacted Boomf's customer service team for help and I was really pleasantly surprised by how fast and helpful they were. They told me right away that a new card was being sent out without any fuss. I was so impressed with how professional and dedicated they were to making sure I was happy. This company has definitely won me over and I would definitely suggest their services to anyone in need of top-notch products and fantastic customer service.
