Review about: Vitamix
New Vitamix with food processor
I was super pumped to finally receive my new Vitamix with the food processor attachment. But, when the package arrived, all I got was the pitcher. I called customer service, and they said that both parts were delivered. So, I did some digging and turns out my order was sent back to their Ohio warehouse for some reason. Like, why wouldn't they let me know? The emails I got just apologized for the trouble, but no fix was offered. It's annoying to not get what you paid for, and even worse when it feels like they couldn't care less.
