Prescription glasses purchase
I recently got myself a pair of prescription glasses from KITS, and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how great the customer service was. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong color, but when I called to fix it, the person on the other end of the line was so helpful and nice. They sent me a new pair with the right color right away, and even let me keep the ones I messed up on. It's not often you come across that kind of understanding and generosity in business these days, so big shout out to KITS for going above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Cheers to them!
