You'd think that a company saying they have good prices would make it easy to book, right? Well, not this time. I did find a cheap rental that worked for my budget, but it wasn't a smooth process. The app kept messing up when I tried to check my reservation, and I wondered if it even went through. Luckily, I got an email confirming it soon after, but it wasn't a great experience. Even though the prices were good, the booking process was a letdown and took away from my satisfaction.
