I bought something online and then paid for it, but after that I didn't hear anything. The website just showed a blank page, and I got a text saying my credit card payment went through, but didn't get an email or any confirmation that the transaction was successful. I tried emailing multiple times to find out what was going on, but never heard back. Really disappointed with the poor communication and customer service.
