I'm having trouble with my recent orders. One was made on August 22nd and the other on August 24th, but I haven't heard anything about them since. I tried to contact the info email, but no one has gotten back to me. I'm pretty disappointed and frustrated, especially because I had a great experience with this company last year. This year seems to be a bit off in terms of getting things done.
