We recently made the mistake of ordering Nomad Snow chairs instead of Nomad Stone chairs from this company for our new home. We needed chairs to match our table, but the similar names and abbreviations made it easy to mix them up. We contacted customer service before the chairs were delivered, hoping to fix the error. However, we were surprised when they asked us to pay $700 in restocking and delivery fees just to change the color. This kind of customer service left us feeling disappointed and frustrated.
