Late pickup, delivery, overcharging

I wanna tell ya about this awful thing that happened to me recently with this company. The movers showed up 8 hours late for the pickup, then had the nerve to charge me for their lateness. And when they got to the delivery spot, they said my stuff was there when it wasn't, and then overcharged me for storage days. It was such a letdown and so frustrating, eh.
