I recently bought some stuff at this place and man, let me tell you, the customer service there is just terrible. I got two dresses and when I tried to return them, it was a total mess. The online returns thing is ridiculous - it kept saying I couldn't get my money back, just store credit. Like, who wants that? Not me. I called their customer service line a bunch of times during the day, but all I got was a stupid automated message. It's like they don't even care about helping people out.
