Subscription purchase for university course
The subscription I got for my university course has been really disappointing. I paid for it a month ago and still can't even get the products to work. There's only one month left in the course and this has just been a huge waste of my time. I was hoping for better service, especially since they should be supporting the next wave of editors. The links they gave for tech support were no help at all, and the phone calls they promised never came through. It's no wonder some universities have switched to a different company that actually listens to what customers need.
