Hey there! So, the antivirus software I bought came with a 3-year service plan and was doing a great job on my Windows 7 Home Premium until December 18, 2022. All of a sudden, it started blocking a bunch of functions on my Windows 7 system. I can't shut down my computer and the system recovery options aren't working. It seems like it's blocking internet pages as well. Any suggestions on what I should do next?
