I'm frustrated with this company because I keep getting the wrong parts for my bike, even though I always talk to a rep before ordering. I can't use the 90-day return policy because I don't have internet. I've spent over $800 on parts that don't fit. It's annoying that I have to work so hard to get a refund for a $300 part that's not right. It's not fair that I have to deal with their mistakes!
