Alibaba sure has changed a lot since those sketchy companies were all over the place back in the day. I've been shopping on there for like ten years now, and only had one bad experience with a supplier. But the folks on their customer service team took care of it right away and made sure I got my money back. I really like how Alibaba has stepped up their game in checking out suppliers and helping out customers. All in all, I'd definitely suggest Alibaba.com to anyone thinking about starting an online business.
