I recently bought a Bluetooth speaker and man, was I disappointed with the quality. It was supposed to be top-notch but it was defective right from the get-go. And to top it off, the warranty was super short. Dealing with the manufacturer was a pain - they didn't really care about my issue, especially since I didn't buy it directly from them or Amazon. I had to deal with a retailer or distributor in my area who had nothing to do with the product being faulty. It was a frustrating and overall disappointing experience. I would definitely recommend steering clear of this company.
