I was trying to cancel a regular order on the website, but ran into some issues. I sent a bunch of emails, but it took a whole month to get a response, which was super frustrating and inconvenient.

Even though there were a couple of bumps in my order, the customer service team really stepped up to make sure I was happy. I'm grateful for the effort they put in to fix things. The flowers were just beautiful and made my mom so happy, which is what matters most. Thanks for being so committed to your customers.
