This lady, Jodi from customer service, was so amazing! She spent over an hour helping me with all my magazine accounts, patiently explaining rates, account mergers, and extended due dates. Jodi's patience, empathy, and willingness to answer all my questions thoroughly and repeatedly really stood out to me. She deserves a big shoutout for her awesome customer service skills.
