My recent purchase
I found the website a bit confusing when I was ordering, and I ended up not being able to put in the right delivery address, eh. But then I talked to this guy named Will in customer service, and he fixed it right away for me. Gotta say, I was really impressed with how well they helped me out after I bought my stuff. Will was super quick to respond and was really eager to help, and it totally changed my whole experience. Thanks a lot, Will, for all your help and awesome service, eh!
