    Very disappointed with this company. I bought a ring in 2022 and one of the stones fell out. Initially very impressed with their customer service as their representative Robert Francis offered a free replacement (after sending photos showing the fault) immediately - explaining that they take quality control very seriously. He said that a replacement would be shipped within 1-3 days. However, after 3 weeks and no ring, I contacted them to ask where the replacement was, and was told that he had reviewed their T’s ... C’s and it had gone past the deadline for replacement. Nobody contacted me to explain this - I had to chase. Whilst I think that offering a replacement is a very decent think to do, it is not, when they fail to replace, or even email me to tell me that they won’t. The whole incident has taken a huge amount of time and stress whilst trying to resolve - which it hasn’t been. In the meantime, the ring has turned my finger black as the plating has worn off.
