I recently bought some tray tables and a wine glass caddy from this company. They told me it would take about a week for delivery. After a week passed, I reached out to them only to find out the items were stuck with APC Logistics. I got worried since the goods didn't move for 10 days. When I asked more questions, they said the items were held up at Customs. I decided to contact the Logistics company directly, and they said they never got the goods from Valencia Theater Seating. It's been another 2 weeks now, and even though Valencia tried shipping the items again, I still haven't received my order.
