Refund for unsatisfactory breakfast
Even though I had a good time at the hotel with friendly staff, my experience was soured by the problem of getting a refund for a cancelled breakfast. We were supposed to have a buffet in the morning, but ended up with just a continental breakfast, yet we were still charged the full price. It's been over 2 1/2 months since I requested a refund and I'm still struggling to get my money back. The lack of communication from the customer service team has been really frustrating and disappointing. Even though there were good parts to my stay, this unresolved issue is leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
