The website was super easy to use and I had a really smooth and efficient time buying what I wanted. After I finished ordering, I got a call from a Neon Sign pro at the company who told me they didn't have the exact color I wanted, but they had a white one instead. I thought it was awesome that they reached out to me and the team was really patient and flexible as I figured out what to do. The delivery was right on time and came when they said it would, which was a nice surprise since everything is taking so long to ship these days. Overall, I was super impressed with how great the service was and how professional the folks at Yellowpop were.

I bought a phone case from this store recently and man, I'm super let down with how it's all going. It's been like 3 weeks since I ordered it and still no case in my hands. I've sent a bunch of emails trying to get some answers but no one has gotten back to me. Their customer service is seriously lacking and the lack of communication is getting on my nerves. Plus, their shipping policy is so vague about when I can expect my order. I'd say stay away from this store, my experience has been a total rip-off.
