Priority Pass experience
My experience with Priority Pass from American Express was not too great. Even though I'm a loyal customer who spends a lot, I had some problems when trying to use the service. Having to book several days ahead made it hard to make the most of the perks. When I contacted customer service about this, they didn't seem to care much. I thought a well-known company like American Express would have better customer service, but I was disappointed. Seems like I'm not the only one based on other reviews.
