I can't believe how slow the service was, it was like nothing I've ever experienced before! Waiting for my results felt like forever, and I was so frustrated. I really thought things would move faster, especially considering how much I paid for the test. 2 pairs of winter boots for my sons
Recently, I ordered 2 pairs of winter boots for my boys from their website. It cost me $160 in total. The problem is I never got an email or a call confirming my order. It's been over 2 weeks now, and even though they charged my credit card, the boots still haven't shown up. The lack of communication and bad customer service has really disappointed me.
