I had a not so great experience with your company when I tried to return something within the 30-day money-back guarantee. Even though I followed all the rules, customer service ignored my emails and tried to get me to keep the item. It was unprofessional and they didn't stick to their own policy, which left me feeling not so good about the whole thing.
