My experience with the tutoring services was so disappointing, eh. Both my son and daughter's accounts got closed without any heads up, eh, and that left us in a tough spot because they both needed help with their school stuff, ya know. The reasons they gave for closing the accounts seemed pretty silly, eh, especially since we were willing to follow any rules they had. And to make things even worse, the customer service person we talked to was so rude and not helpful at all, eh, which just made us even more frustrated, ya know. Welp, that's how it goes, 134.
