I got those Park Avenue shoes because I heard they were top-notch in quality and workmanship. I wore them all the time for work, but after about 16 months, the soles started falling apart. I reached out to customer service to see if they could do something about it, but I was bummed with their answer. They said it was on me for wearing them out and wanted to charge me a hefty $200 to fix them. That wasn't the kind of service I was hoping for from such a well-known brand, so I won't be buying from them again.
