I gotta tell ya, the customer service at this VPN company is amazing. Whenever I have a problem, they get back to me real fast and always come up with a solution that actually helps. The Helpdesk team is super patient and friendly, you can almost feel their relief when they sort out my issue. Mac, especially, went above and beyond to guide me through a few emails with screenshots to fix my problem. I've been telling all my buddies about this company for years now because of how great their service is.

I joined this club that's supposed to be all fancy two days back, thinking I'd get a nice email welcoming me and some awesome deals. But nada, all I got was crickets. I messaged them on Instagram, and they told me they send emails every day at 2pm. It's been two days now and still no sign of anything in my inbox or junk mail. Kinda sucks, to be honest.
