Truffles and chocolate dipped strawberries.
As a customer at this place, let me tell you, I was really disappointed with the service I got. The person helping me, let's call her Nya, made it clear right from the beginning that she wasn't interested in giving me good customer service. Even though I asked politely to make a small change to my recent order, Nya showed no interest in helping me out. It was obvious she enjoyed being in control of the situation instead of actually helping me. This kind of behaviour is not okay and gives a bad impression of the customer experience here. Nya's lack of professionalism really upset me, and now I'm not sure if I want to come back to this store again.
