Graphics card compatibility issue with photo editing software
I had a problem with my graphics card not working properly with my photo editing software, maybe they didn't get along or something. I sent an email asking for help and got a quick response from customer service. They gave me the help I needed to fix the problem. I was really impressed with how helpful they were and thankful that they even gave me an extra month for free as a nice gesture. I'm happy with how everything turned out and would definitely suggest their services to anyone else needing help.
