The whole process of ordering Blu-rays from the app was super easy and fast. All I did was sign into my account, search for the newest Blu-rays or pre-orders I wanted, place my order, then make the payment. Right away, I got a message confirming my order and shortly after, a detailed email receipt. I checked my bank account and saw that the payment went through. The Blu-rays were delivered quickly, usually within three days if they were in stock. For pre-ordered items, I got an email as soon as they were in stock. It was great that I could keep an eye on my account online to see all my purchases. The browsing and ordering on the app was so simple and quick, making it a really good experience. I also liked getting ads about upcoming releases and sales which kept me in the loop.
