Speaker malfunction after a year
My speaker crapped out on me after only a year, even though the ads promised it was tough and waterproof. I tried contacting customer service, but got no response. The chatbot on the website was useless, telling me they don't repair or recycle busted speakers. It's pretty disappointing how little they care about helping customers or being eco-friendly. Fugoo is all about throwing things away, and that's just not my jam.
